Thank you for attending the NYCSRA Technical event with the new Department of Buildings Commissioner, Melanie La Rocca, and her team, on October 10, 2019 at Club 101 in Manhattan.
This sold out event attracted over 200 industry professionals who had an opportunity to hear the Commissioner's vision for the department.

Laurie Stanziale represents domestic and international developers and owners, major construction companies, trade contractors, architects, engineers and consultants and handles all aspects of the construction process. She will discuss the need for a license agreement, the elements of a license agreement and the court process involved if a license agreement cannot be obtained.
