Dear NYCSRA Members,
On behalf of the NYCSRA, we hope you are all doing well as we enter Phase 1 and restart construction jobs in New York City.
As you may know, Mayor de Blasio issued Executive Order 123 requiring all workers and visitors to a site to wear face coverings appropriate to their task.
DOB inspectors will be visiting job sites to ensure compliance and may issue violations. For the first 30 days, these violations will not carry a financial penalty.
