DOB Prohibits the Use of Stand-Off Brackets attached to a C-Hook

The NYC DOB released a Special Bulletin on Wednesday 9/25/19 that PROHIBITS the use of stand-off brackets attached to a cornice hook (c-hook).

This rule is EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
